Today I am featuring a lovely bundle of crafting products. It is part of new suite called Peaceful Poppies which includes a stamp set full of beautiful images and sentiments, more co-ordinating dies, beautiful papers, ribbon, sequins & printed vellum elements.
One of my good friends, Suzanne has left our shores to go home. We met through Stampin’ Up! and she was a much loved part of my Indigostampin team, as well as a great friend and will be missed. So I wanted to make her a special farewell card & decided to use this suite.
Here’s my card:
I wanted really vivid colours for these poppies so I used 3 colours from the Pigment Sprinkles (Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody and a small amount of Melon Mambo) on watercolour paper for the petals. It’s easy, just wet your watercolour paper & sprinkle on your desired colours. Let the water do the work! Let it dry & then die cut. Such strong beautiful colours!
I also used a small piece of the designer series paper (those green vertical lines) and a piece of whisper white cardstock, run though my die cutter with a Subtle embossing folder. I then flicked some green and gold ink onto the white paper to get the splotchy effect.
There are dies in the bundle that cut the gold foil outlines to these flowers, as well as the layered leaves and flower centres. Very striking & easy to construct! The possibilities are endless in terms of the colour and texture you can create.
This die set is called Poppy moments and is part of the Peaceful moments bundle that includes the dies and stamp set. Remember if you like to stamp and die cut your images, it is worth buying co-ordinating sets together as you receive a 10% discount on them.
Here is an image of the other bundle within this suite. I love these images as well as the detailed dies for labels and subtle backgrounds.
Don’t forget SALE-A-BRATION is current running (Jan – March) and that means for every $90 you spend on any Stampin’ Up! products you get your choice of FREE crafting products. There are stamps, dies, embossing folders, designer series paper and more!!!
The other great offer on while Sale-a-bration in current is the Joining special. Becoming a demonstrator is already the best special in our catalogue (with 20% off everything and other benefits) , but at the moment it’s even better!
Back to reality on Monday with my return to work, but still time to craft 😄
I’ve made these cards using a lovely new set from the 2020 Mini catalogue; From my heart. It includes stamps, punches (Yay!!), ribbon, designer series paper & more!! And remember, you can purchase this whole suite with one item number (153931) or you can buy single items as well.
The cards I’m showing you today use mainly the punches, DSP & stamp set.
The colours in this project include Poppy Parade, Highland Heather & Roccoco Rose. Pretty isn’t it, & super easy using the matching punches. As well as a beautiful new Embossing folder in the background.
This next card highlights the beautiful faceted gems that come in reds, pinks & white. I’ve used three colours of Flirty Flamingo & Real Red here for the card & a strip of dsp. Can you see the red foil in this paper, so nice.
The next Indigostampin cardmaking class on February 9th will feature this lovely suite of crafting products. If you’re in Brisbane you are very welcome to join us. Just message or email me to save your seat.
Details of class– date: 9/2/20, Time:1-3pm, where: Springfield Lakes, cost: $10 includes all supplies & afternoon tea.

Would you like to see one of the most beautiful stamp sets I’ve seen in a long time!!
Beautiful Moments cling stamp set is coming in January 2020 in the new Mini catalogue. It celebrates the sisters, daughters and women in our lives. It certainly reminds me of my daughters!
Here is the card I made today, using simple layers of designer series paper and blends to colour the image.
This set really reminds me of a another current annual catalogue stamp set, A Good Man.
Maybe it’s the simple line drawings and the sweet sentiments. Both sets provide lots of colouring opportunities to make beautiful cards!!
If you’d like to add Beautiful Moments stamp set to your collection and don’t want to wait until January 3rd, you can join the Indigostampers team and become a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. There are lots of reasons to consider this: the 20% discount and the chance to pre-order products like this before customers!
