This month’s cardmaking class was lots of fun with 4 cards made, lots of laughter and crafting with friends!
Here’s the cards we made together: The first 3 are fairly simple “LoveitChopit” cards, made with beautiful designer series paper, some embellishment and a sentiment.
The next card we made together was more of a challenge, but we were guided by Suzanne, demonstrator and team member who shared her tips in making this card. This beautiful card, designed by Suzanne, features the lovely Good morning Magnolia stamps, dies and ribbon from the upcoming 2019-2020 Annual catalogue. These products are available for purchase soon – 4th June!!!
The flowers are painted using an aqua painter and petal pink and Mossy Meadow inks, very simple and very effective!
Here is a selection of the lovely cards made by everyone who attended:

I just received this beautiful product medley in the mail & look how much is in this box!!! I emptied the box and here are the contents; a 18 piece stamp set, a 10 piece matching die set, 2 rolls of coordinating ribbon, lots (48 sheets!!!) of designer series paper as well as foil paper, embellishments and shimmer paint!!
Did I mention it’s all accented with ROSE GOLD……!!
This stamp set is filled with beautiful Distinktive stamps, which stamp in different tones of colour with just one stamping and provide more depth to the image. The sentiments are great too, very versatile for many occasions.
The Designer Series Paper is 6″x6″ double-sided rose-gold foiled paper & there are 8 sheets of 6 designs. And look at all those lovely dies to cut more flowers, leaves and elements.
I’m going to share this lovely set with my team, the Indigostampers in a few weeks, but I could’t resist having a little play with my new goodies.
Here’s a card I made yesterday with this set, notice the feature that beautiful edge die makes against the dsp 😍 I choose to focus on the blues in this card, using Night of Navy ink and paper with Whisper white cardstock for contrast. I think this allows the die-cut rose gold leaves to shine.
If you’d like to add this lovely coordinating set of craft products to your collection, buy now because it will only be available till supplies last or 31st May 2019, whatever comes first!!
Contact me with any questions or comments, I will get back to you asap.
Have a lovely day,
Here are the products I used to make this card:

Welcome to my Indigo Stampin’ Blog, I’m Angela, a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator & I live in Brisbane Australia 🌞 Thank you for joining us for Kylie’s International Blog Highlights for May 2019.
Our theme this month was Encouragement and the sentiments and images for this project come from a few different stamp sets. I decided to use these beautiful butterfly stamps, dies and punch, because I do love butterflies! The friendship sentiments are part of the Waterfront set, which besides having some lovely watercolour like landscape scenes, has lots of encouraging words.
I wanted to use two of the new 2019-2021 In-colours, Rococo Rose and Pretty Peacock. These colours compliment each other beautifully and are a lovely addition to the Stampin’ Up! colour collection.
I also used the rectangular stitched dies and simply cut the shapes out of the piece of cardstock and then used dimensionals to lift them up a little. They were stamped with the lovely florish style stamp in the Beauty Abounds stamp set.
On the inside of my card I chose some designer series paper from the beautiful Floral Romance 12×12 paper pack as well as some more of those beautiful colours.
If you like my Butterfly card you can VOTE FOR ME – I’m number 22 on the list:
Here is how I coloured and punched out those lovely butterflies:

This card is made with lots of products from the new Come Sail Away Suite and lots of layers. I was inspired by a card by demonstrator Wendy Weixler to make this project.
I just love this suite – actually anything featuring the ocean gets me everytime!!! Being near the ocean means total relaxation to me 🙂
The elements I’ve used in making this card include;
the stamp set, “Sailing Home”
the Designer Series Paper, “Come sail Away DSP”
the co-ordinating dies, “Smooth Sailing dies”,
Night of Navy and Sahara Sand Baker’s Twine and
Sail Away Trinkets for the cute little anchor image
I’ve also used the “Birch” background stamp, stamped on crumb cake cardstock with Soft Suede ink.
Here’s a close up of some of the detail:
The new products I used in this card will be available for you to purchase from 4th June 2019! Of course demonstrators do get to order earlier (2nd May) and this is always an option if you’d like to join this wonderful company.

Have a lovely day!!
Today I shared a lovely morning of Cardmaking with Louisa & her friends. Louisa was keen to make a birthday card and a Christmas card and discover just how easy it can be to make something beautiful.
We made a Birthday card using the Perennial Birthday & lots of colour! I love this set, it is so versatile, with cheerful floral images and lovely sentiments and fonts.
We also made a Christmas card together, using the Rooted in Nature stamp set – well, one little stamp (the small single pine tree) and die out of this huge set! This stamp set is fantastic for many occasions, from Christmas to birthdays, masculine cards and more!
Thank you to Sharon for her photo of her handmade cards from today:
All set up!
…and hard at creating…
Of course there was a hostess gift and a lucky door prize as well 🙂
Here are all the lovely ladies and their creations!
Thank you for inviting me to your home Lousia, and I’m so glad everyone enjoyed their crafting!!
